Amazing, Excellent and fantastic are a few words that spring to mind for this spectacular hotel. The building is beautiful and the service is top notch! Each area and each employee has been wonderful. The check in was smooth and welcoming right from the start. They have a guest station with bubbles and cookies to enjoy while you check in and during your stay. The rooms are quality and spotless clean. The spa has water treatment feature and a sauna with massages, etc. The wine bar and the restaurant are delicious. We had the breakfast and it is full service, not just some buffet. The chef makes delicious food and deserts…The lobby was decorated with just the right amount of flare! I could go on and on! We have stayed in several other 5 star hotels in the immediate area and The One Palacio will be our future “home away from home”for any future stays in Lisbon. The other 5 star hotels cannot match the quality and the professional staff! Our stay for 2 nights was Awesome! Thank You! See you soon.

This hotel is beautiful, centrally located, and has amazing service. The staff here dotes on your every need. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are extremely comfortable. Tito, in the fine dining room, was a wealth of knowledge and made our experience very special. The food in the restaurant was phenomenal. The young men that work at the pool bar are very friendly and kind. We felt pampered and doted upon by every person on staff that we encountered. We will definitely return to The One Palácio again.
